The Golf Belles would like to let everyone know how Karen and the crew at Glove It rocked the PGA Show! Not only was their booth and explosion of colour and fabulous product but it was packed with people all day long. We finally got a chance to chat with Karen about how the Belles could work with her and her team late in the day on Saturday when things started to close down and wrap up but we still had to fight through the crowds to get to Karen!

Not only was Karen inducted as a Golf Belle watch out for her Quest in the near future!!!!

With a passion for fashion her entire life, Karen Lovcik took her idea from a girls, golf outing and created Glove It, LLC, fulfilling the need for functional, yet fashionable, golf accessories. The Founder of Shi Golf ~ Kelly Su and her story….

My name is Kelly Su, founder and designer of Shi Golf.   With the rise in popularity of fashion conscious professional women golfers in the LPGA and in the mainstream media, women all over the world have been motivated to learn the game of golf.   I was one of these women.  Learning how to golf in my late twenties, I discovered quickly that my dream of the LPGA was likely not attainable and my vision of being a fashionable golfer was even less attainable.

Traditional golf apparel did not suit my sense of style nor did it fit well.   So as a designer, I began to coordinate my golf outfits with pieces and accessories from my favorite ready-to-wear clothing lines while incorporating key traditional golf pieces.  The compliments and questions about my golf outfits from my girlfriends who golf and other golfers were overwhelming.   It was then that I was inspired to create Shi Golf, a contemporary women’s golf wear line that would be appropriate for golf course requirements yet chic enough to be worn outside the golf course.  With its versatile style, modern fit, chic designs, and quality fabrics, Shi Golf was designed to be carried at any golf course or boutique.

 

Day 2 at the PGA Show Orlando

Where to begin????? I will give a brief summary as I am off to the Shi Shi Putter, hosted ‘Have Fun & Be Pampered Spa Party at the Hilton Spa.

A big thank you to Elizabeth Noblitt for the invitation to all the Belles.

Well we also have to thank Tracey Lynn Golf for outfitting the Belles and the gals did a wonderful job representing Tracey Lynn Golf covering the massive exhibition floor about 5 times throughout the day along with 10 meetings and 2 cocktail parties.

We gave out a couple of hundred Golf Belles Sisterhood wrist bands and ball markers.

We are excited to announce that 5 new Golf Belles have joined the Sisterhood and the partner, alliance and client list grew by about 20 fantastic companies that will be involved in the Foundation, Galas Program and or the Quests.

The positive vibe is buzzing throughout the show and there are a lot of smiling faces out on the floor.

A huge thank you to Chill and Dani for the tireless evangelism and never-ending huge smiles all day long!!!!
